We operate by scheduled appointments, with the exception of unforeseeable emergency situations. This allows our clinical team to spend sufficient time with each client and patient and minimizes time spent in the waiting room.
We suggest that clients call a few days or a week or so in advance to make their appointments at their desired time-slots. You may also schedule your pet’s next appointment during the check-out process of a previous visit.
If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible.
Proper restraint will help us to keep all clients, pets, and staff members safe. We ask that clients kindly keep dogs on a locked or non-retractable leash and cats in carriers.
If you know your pet has issues with biting, please muzzle them.
If you are worried your pet has a contagious disease, please let us know and we will make arrangements so there is no need for them to be in contact with other clients and pets.
In order to provide our clients with the most advanced medicine available, we must ask that all payments are made in full at the time of the appointment.
We accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, and CareCredit®.
To help you budget for your veterinary expenses, we would be happy to offer you an estimate prior to the appointment date over the phone.
Drop-off appointments are available to current clients with sick pets. Please give us advance notice that you will be dropping off your pet so we can provide you with information regarding drop-off times and discharge.
As soon as a doctor has seen your pet, we will contact you to discuss your pet’s visit.
Please understand, in order to take advantage of our drop-off service, your pet must be up-to-date on vaccinations. If you are unsure if your pet is up-to-date, ask someone from our team to check your pet’s medical records.
